How do I restore my license?
Open Settings → License → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought the license with.
How does the free trial work?
The 30-day free trial starts when you tap Start Free Trial. After it ends, your library stays open for viewing, performing, sharing, and deleting. Importing and editing need the one-time license ($19.99 US).
How does iCloud sync work?
GloSheets syncs your library through your own iCloud account.
GloTogether can't find the other devices.
GloTogether needs every device on the same Wi-Fi network with Local Network access allowed. On each device, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network and turn on GloSheets.
